At Offliner, each product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Please review the information below to understand our production, shipping and delivery process.
Production and Fulfillment
Orders normally require 2–5 business days to be produced and prepared for shipment.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Your estimated delivery time is therefore:
2–5 business days for production + the shipping time listed for your country.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, fulfillment or delivery may take longer than usual.

The additional-product rate applies to eligible products shipped together in the same order. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs and Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping prices.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check any tracking information provided and contact the carrier where appropriate.
